THE 2025/2026 SEASON IS COMING!!!!
We as the BRMR operations board are super excited to get you on the hill this season!
We are not yet open, but check back here for updates and watch on social media as well.
Some things that have happened during the off season:
– some work on the snow cat trail for smoother, safer rides up the hill
– widening & slope correcting on the green and blue runs for better riding and increased safety
– reshaping the bunny hill for a better overall learning experience
– addition of another black diamond section coming off an existing run for the advanced riders
– more rental equipment added to our existing supply in partnership with FVSD (Thanks!)
We will be NEEDING volunteers to commit to some time on the hill. The faster we can get people to sign up to assist, the smoother the hill operations will be for the season! Thanks again for all those that have volunteered in the past! I would not have been possible without you! We hope to see you again this year.
We have 4 certified Ski Patrol that will be working this hill this year. Stop them on the hill, say hi and show them appreciation for the commitment to your safety.

Located in a natural, north facing bowl on the Buffalo Head Hills, Blue Ridge Mountain Resort first opened for the 2021/22 season.
The concept to develop a ski hill in the region started around 2000, and in 2017 Mackenzie Ski Hill Society was formed and the development of a new ski facility really started. It took a while, but we found the biggest hills and longest slopes and set about turning them into a ski hill.
We are continually making improvements to the hill and facilities, so keep coming back year after year and see the improvements!
